The compact MESH nebulizer B.Well WN-114, for children, (or electronic mesh, membrane) is intended for the treatment of acute respiratory diseases, chronic diseases respiratory tract, bronchial asthma, pneumonia and other respiratory diseases in medical institutions and at home.

The operating principle of the B.Well WN-114 electronic mesh inhaler is based on innovative technology spraying the medicine using a mesh membrane. In this device for aerosol therapy, atomization of the drug occurs when the flow of the drug passes through the smallest holes in the mesh membrane. An important feature of the technology is that ultrasonic vibrations of low frequencies are not applied to medicinal product, as in traditional compact devices, but onto a grid, as if pushing drug molecules through the microscopic pores of the membrane. With this spray system, the drug is not destroyed, since there is no direct effect on the drug molecules. The technology is also characterized low level noise. The special design of the spray chamber of the MESH nebulizer B.Well WN-114 allows for inhalation at an angle of up to 45° without compromising the spraying process, which makes it convenient for inhalation for bedridden patients and small children during sleep.

The B.Well WN-114 membrane nebulizer can use the entire list of medications recommended for nebulizer therapy. The type of drug, dose and mode of administration can only be prescribed by the attending physician.

Before using the B.Well WN-114 inhaler for the first time, all parts and components of the device must be disinfected. The spray chamber can be disinfected by boiling. Masks, mouthpiece and device body must not be boiled. To disinfect, wash the mouthpiece, adapter and masks under running water and place them in a disinfectant solution (alcohol disinfectant solution or 3% hydrogen peroxide solution) for 10 minutes, then the attachments must be rinsed and completely dried. Before use, the device, its parts and components must be completely dry.

Today, one of the effective and affordable methods of treating diseases affecting the respiratory system is nebulizer therapy. In almost any pharmacy you can see several models of inhalers, varying in design, cost and characteristics. In particular, B. Well brand devices, which provide all the technical features for inhalation therapy. The lines of nebulizers of this brand meet modern global requirements in this area.

    Ultrasonic

    The ultrasonic device is the predecessor of the MESH nebulizer. Particles are formed under the influence of ultrasonic waves high frequency. Due to the fact that under the influence of ultrasound, high-molecular compounds are destroyed, which are active substance medications, the therapeutic effect of therapy can be significantly reduced. For this reason, for use in ultrasonic inhalers Only certain medications are allowed.

    Compressor

    An aerosol cloud is formed using a compressor. When working with them, you can use all types medicines, approved for nebulizer therapy, without loss of their effectiveness. Used to treat both adults and children. They usually have additional accessories: a mask for babies, a nasal shower and others. They are reliable and for a long time operation.

    Features of B. Well nebulizers:

    • the average particle size is ≈ 3 µm;
    • the share of the respirable fraction (the content in the cloud of sprayed vapor of particles whose size is less than 4 microns) is more than 70%;
    • High power compressor, economical consumption of the drug.

    Power source: AC adapter.

    Compressor nebulizers B. Well are represented by models:

    • MED-121.
    • MED-125.
    • PRO-110.
    • PRO-115.

    Steam inhalers

    Their mechanism of action is based on the evaporation effect hot liquid. Steam inhalations are effective for coughs and runny nose. For inhalations can be used in a steam appliance essential oil, decoction and infusion of herbs, mineral water . The device has a special temperature regime, which allows you to preserve the maximum possible amount of useful substances in the steam. With such inhalation, the possibility of getting a burn is excluded, since the solution is located in a sealed chamber, and the steam temperature is as comfortable as possible. The steam inhaler can also be used for cosmetic procedures.

    Characteristics of B. Well steam inhalers:

    • particles larger than 10 microns;
    • soft steam temperature +43 °C;
    • The kit includes masks for medical and cosmetic procedures.

    Model steam inhaler B.Well: WN-118.

    B. Well inhalers for children

    The B. Well brand also has nebulizer models created specifically for children. For example, a device that looks like a toy train. The package includes colored stickers to complete the look. The B. Well MED-125 inhaler model also has a children's design. The device comes with stickers - animals and hearts. To carry out procedures for children in the first year of life, B. Well inhaler models are equipped with infant masks.

    Instructions for use

    For therapy with a nebulizer, do not use:

    • Substances and solutions that contain a suspension of particles (decoction, suspension, infusion, etc.). They are much larger than particles of the respirable fraction. Their use in nebulizer therapy can be harmful to health.
    • Solutions containing oils, including essential oils. When oil particles enter the lower respiratory tract, they can form tiny films and increase the risk of “oil pneumonia.” An exception is the use of steam inhalers.
    • Flammable anesthetic mixtures that ignite easily on contact with air, oxygen or nitrous oxide.
    • Aromatic substances.

    It is necessary to carefully monitor the expiration date of solutions used for inhalation. Using medications with expired suitability is unacceptable.

    In order to prevent the spread of infections, the use of the same inhaler components by different patients without prior disinfection is unacceptable. Disinfection methods that can be used are indicated in the instructions for each device.

    If components are used for the first time or after a long break, cleaning and disinfection are carried out before use. In the future, it should be carried out every time after using the device, since the remaining drug can harden and cause damage to the mechanism. After cleaning, dried parts must be stored in a clean, dry place out of the reach of children.

    Do not leave cleaning solution in the mouthpiece, chamber or on the mask. Do not use a microwave oven, hair dryer or other household appliances to dry the components of the nebulizer (air hose, diffuser, etc.).

    It is important to follow the following rules:

    • When using the nebulizer, do not cover it with a blanket, scarf or towel.
    • Do not expose the device to harmful vapors or volatile substances.
    • It is not recommended to pour a volume of solution into the medicine container that exceeds the maximum volume for this model.
    • Before using the inhaler, it is important to ensure that there are no malfunctions and/or visible damage. If there is any doubt about its functionality, it should not be used.
    • If a defect and/or abnormal operation is detected, the device must be switched off immediately.
    • The nebulizer must be used exclusively for its intended purpose.
    • The device must not be used to spray medications in the form of powders, acidic medications, or water. The liquid used is saline solution (isotonic sodium chloride solution).
    • There is a risk of electric shock when using the appliance while connected to an electrical outlet.
    • The nebulizer is not protected from liquid penetration. Do not touch the plugged-in device with wet hands or immerse it in water.

New generation technologies!

Information about quality improvements in the B.Well WN-114 nebulizer after replacing the mesh membrane.

Mesh or electronic mesh nebulizer B.Well WN-114– one of the most technologically advanced nebulizers presented on the Russian market. Firstly, it is based on the latest mesh spray technology, which allows the use of an expanded list of drugs for nebulizer therapy. Secondly, this device allows for inhalation with maximum comfort.

What is Mesh? Mesh technology spraying is the “sifting” of drug particles through a mesh membrane. Ultrasonic vibrations of low frequencies are applied not to the drug, but to the membrane mesh, so the molecules of the inhaled substance are not destroyed. The nebulizer allows you to use an expanded range of drugs: antibiotics, mucolytics, hormonal drugs, including Pulmicort and Fluimucil. Mesh technology ensures completely silent operation, high dispersion and spray speed.

The special design of the nebulizer allows for inhalation while holding the device at an angle of up to 45° without compromising the spraying process. This makes the WN-114 convenient for small and even sleeping children and bedridden patients.

B.Well WN-114 is an ergonomic, compact and lightweight device that is convenient to use at home and also easy to take with you.

WN-114 suits the widest range of customers. Due to the possibility of using “serious” drugs, the B.Well mesh nebulizer can be used by patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) and asthmatics. The convenience and quietness of the device, as well as the possibility of using mucolytics, makes the WN-114 the first assistant in case of illness in a child. During the period of exacerbations and increased risk of acute respiratory infections - the autumn-winter season - mucolytics will be needed not only for children. For the prevention and treatment of respiratory tract diseases, especially in initial stages or when residual effects, it is safer and more effective not to load the liver with tablets, but to carry out inhalations. It is also suitable for those who want to have a universal device for home and travel.

  • Innovative mesh spray technology
  • Expanded range of inhaled drugs, including Pulmicort and Fluimucil
  • Completely silent operation
  • Possibility of inhalation at an angle of up to 45°
  • Particle size 1.5-4.8 microns
