For children under two years old, porridge and soups are prepared in the form of mashed potatoes, rubbing food through a fine sieve. Diet for diarrhea in adults

An adult with diarrhea should eat in such a way that the diet is energetically complete, however, the presence of carbohydrates and fats should be minimized. Food should be cooked in a semi-liquid, pureed form. Seasonings and spices should be completely abandoned.

Diarrhea is always a danger of dehydration, especially in the elderly. Therefore, adults with poisoning and diarrhea should increase the amount of fluid they drink. For adults, the intake of saline solutions, decoctions, compotes, jelly is also relevant.
