    1. I passed the GTO tests for a gold badge. I know that universities give extra points for this, but in the Omsk region we mostly get one point. I don’t have time to participate in the Physical Education Olympiad due to traveling to training camps and competitions. 1. What could be the reasons why changes are made to the list of exams after February 1?

    Regulatory legal acts do not establish a list of specific reasons. The GIA-11 procedure establishes that illness or other documented circumstances are recognized as valid reasons. At the same time, life is multifaceted and there can be an infinite number of reasons. The validity of the reasons is determined independently by the State Examination Committee of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation.

    1. I signed up for the Unified State Exam, but I may be admitted to the hospital on exam days. What should I do to take the exams later and when can I take them?

    A graduate who missed the Unified State Exam due to illness submits a medical certificate to the school (other Unified State Exam participants - to the organization where they registered to participate in the Unified State Exam). The school promptly transmits information to the state examination commission so that it can assign the graduate another (reserve) day to take the Unified State Exam, provided for by the unified schedule.

    1. Are video cameras installed in classrooms to check teachers or students?

    The installation of a video surveillance system is intended primarily to ensure security and suppress violations by both Unified State Exam participants and other persons involved in the examination.

    1. Who creates control measuring materials for the Unified State Examination and how does this happen? Could we take part in this?

    KIM Unified State Examinations are developed on the basis of the federal component of the state standard of basic general and secondary general education (order of the Ministry of Education of Russia dated March 5, 2004 No. 1089 “On approval of the federal component of state educational standards primary general, basic general and secondary (complete) general education") Federal State Budgetary Institution "Federal Institute of Pedagogical Measurements" (FIPI), namely the federal commissions for the development of the Unified State Exam KIM (FKR). The FKR includes methodologists, scientists, specialists from educational authorities, teachers of general education institutions and teachers of secondary and higher vocational education institutions.
    When developing CMM, information security measures are taken, including identifying restricted access zones in which video surveillance is carried out. Participation of outsiders in the development of CMMs is not permitted.

    1. The Unified State Examination in foreign languages includes a section “Speaking”. Will there be an oral component in other humanities subjects?

    Currently, the issue of introducing the oral part of the Unified State Exam in other humanitarian subjects is under development.

    1. How will KIMs for blind children on history be printed? Will they include maps, paintings or architectural buildings?

    For blind participants of the Unified State Exam, history test materials will be printed in Braille. There are no tasks for working with historical maps and illustrative material in these control measurement materials. They are replaced by tasks in which, instead of a map, a description is given, for example, of military operations, and instead of an illustration, a description of a cultural monument is given.

    Control measuring materials underwent a special examination, which established the possibility of their use in the exam for participants with disabilities.

    1. Do students of secondary schools with disabilities who finish 11th grade and choose the GVE form to take the State Exam due to its ease, have the opportunity to enter a university? And what do you need to do for this?

    Admission to bachelor's degree programs and specialty programs on the basis of secondary general education is carried out on the basis of the results of the Unified State Exam (hereinafter referred to as the Unified State Exam), assessed on a 100-point scale, which are recognized as the results of entrance tests.

    If a participant with disabilities chooses the GVE form to take the GIA, then to enter the university he will need to pass entrance tests conducted by the university independently.

    1. I took the Unified State Exam in 2014 and entered the university. But now I want to enter another university and a different specialty. To do this, I need to pass one more subject, which I have not taken before; I took the other three two years ago, but signed up for them too. Please tell me, will my old results remain if I take these subjects again this year, but get a lower score?

    The Unified State Exam results you received in 2014 are valid until 2018 inclusive.

    Thus, you can choose the list of required exams, including those to improve the results of previous years, and when entering a university you can choose the best of these results in any combination.

    1. I signed up for the Unified State Exam in history, but now I want to take social studies. Can I change the subject and take the Unified State Exam in Social Studies this year?

    According to the GIA-11 procedure, students can change (add) the choice of an academic subject (list of academic subjects) after February 1 if they have valid reasons (illness or other documented circumstances).

    In this case, the student submits an application to the state examination commission indicating the amended list of academic subjects for which he plans to take the Unified State Exam and the reasons for changing the previously declared list. This application must be submitted no later than two weeks before the start of the relevant exams. If the State Examination Committee considers your reasons valid, you will be able to participate in the social studies exam this year.

    If you changed your mind about which subjects you chose to take, or forgot to indicate the subject you needed in your application for participation in the Unified State Exam, this is not a valid reason for changing your subject choice. You will be able to pass social studies in a year by submitting an application for this within the established deadlines to the places of registration, which are determined by the regional educational authorities.

    1. Will anyone who gets a bad mark in any subject in 11th grade be allowed to take the Unified State Examination?

    In order for a graduate to receive admission to the Unified State Exam, his annual grades in all academic subjects of the curriculum for grades 10 and 11 must be at least satisfactory. Also, mandatory conditions for admission of 11th grade graduates to the Unified State Examination are a pass for an essay (presentation) and the absence of academic debt.

    1. If I mess up an exam form, can it be replaced?

    If, in your opinion, the form is damaged, you need to invite the organizer to assess whether the form is really damaged or whether it is enough to make corrections to it. Misprints or typos (in the registration form or in answer form No. 1 or No. 2) are not grounds for substitution.

    You must keep in mind that you cannot change the form separately from the individual kit. Only the entire set is changed; the exam tasks will also be completely replaced.

    Replacement of forms can be carried out only before the start of assignments. If the form was damaged during the exam period, then the entire set must be handed over to the organizer in the classroom and leave the exam point. In this case, by decision of the State Examination Committee, you will be allowed to take the exam in this subject on a reserve day.

    1. Can my points be reduced on appeal?

    When considering an appeal, the conflict commission completely rechecks the examination work. After re-checking, scores may change either upward or downward if incorrect answers and inaccuracies are identified that were not noticed during the first check.

    1. How many days after consideration of the appeal will the results be known?

    The decision of the conflict commission on appeals regarding disagreement with the assigned points is announced on the day of the meeting of such a commission. Next, the results are sent for recalculation (if they have changed) and brought to the attention of the participants within the standard time frame within at least seven working days.

    1. Am I required to provide printed essay forms when applying to a university?

    Universities have the opportunity to view scanned images of essay forms in a specialized system. When applying for admission, the applicant indicates only the desire to submit the final essay as an individual achievement.

      1. What goals do you think should be served by monitoring studies assessing the quality of education? How and for what should the results of regional monitoring be used in educational organizations?

      First of all, the results can and should be used to identify problem areas, develop programs to improve the quality of education, and training programs for specialists in the field of education. They can also be used for an objective assessment of the results obtained at the school level with subsequent work on a program for the development of education in the region. After all, if according to all monitoring the school shows bad result- that means she needs help!

      1. My child participated in NIKO (5th grade testing in mathematics). We got the results, but I would like to see a proven work. Is it possible to do this? If so, how?

      It is possible to see work and scores. The check took place remotely in electronic form, so the check itself cannot be seen. To get acquainted with the work and results of the inspection, you can contact Rosobrnadzor or use the contacts on the website eduniko.ru.

        1. If schools conduct All-Russian testing on their own, won’t this lead to falsification of results and distortion of students’ real knowledge? After all, low grades of student work will have a bad impact on the image of the school?

        All-Russian testing works (VPR) are diagnostic works that are carried out to assess the individual achievements of schoolchildren, and their integral results can be used to formulate development programs for the education systems of municipalities and regions. The direct organizer of the VPR will be the school itself, with the coordination of the municipality and the constituent entity of the Russian Federation. At the federal level, the development of unified versions of test work is ensured in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards, with the further formation of a unified bank of tasks. Here, rather, it’s the other way around - a negative result will be a sign that the school, diagnosing itself honestly, needs help in developing measures to overcome the identified difficulties and forming a development program.

        1. How often will inspection work be carried out?

        2 times a year (autumn and spring).

        1. Will it be possible to see the results of the testing work?

        All-Russian testing is carried out by the school. Therefore, the work can be viewed at school.

        1. This academic year it is planned to conduct All-Russian testing in grades 4-5 (hereinafter referred to as VPR). Based on the results of the VPR, is it possible to obtain the results of verification work for the subject or municipality? Will it be possible to evaluate school results at the city, region, and country level?

        Yes, there is such a possibility.

        1. Is the possibility of introducing a final assessment in grades 4, similar to final exams in grades 9 and 11, being considered?

        No. The school itself determines the form of intermediate certification for 4th grade students.

        1. Are there plans to introduce final certification (mini Unified State Exam) in 4 grades?

        There are no plans for a mini Unified State Examination. It is planned to test and carry out diagnostic work (similarly test work), which are carried out to assess the individual achievements of students - All-Russian testing works. They will be carried out by the schools themselves, but using uniform versions of tasks for the entire country, developed at the federal level. The data obtained will be used to monitor learning outcomes according to the Federal State Educational Standard for primary schools.

According to the law, a graduate of previous years can apply for testing in any region of Russia - regardless of where he is registered and where he completed his education. However, if you are in the same city where you are registered at your place of residence, you will most likely have to submit an application in accordance with your registration, even if you live or work on the other side of the city. However, options are possible: the exact regulations for the operation of registration points for graduates of past years are established by regional educational authorities and may vary slightly in different regions of Russia. That's why, if you plan to take exams outside your place of residence, it is best to call the hotline for Unified State Exam issues in your region and find out where you have the right to submit documents.

Phones « hotline" can be found on the official portal ege.edu.ru in the "information support" section. There you will also find links to regional websites dedicated to passing the Unified State Exam. It is on them that “verified” official information about the addresses of points where you can apply to take the Unified State Exam is posted - with contact numbers and opening hours. As a rule, applications are accepted on weekdays, two to three days a week at specially designated hours.

What documents are required to register for the Unified State Exam?

To submit an application you will need to present the following set of documents:

  • document on complete secondary education (original);

  • passport;

  • if in the interval between finishing school and passing the exams you changed your last name or first name - a document confirming this fact (marriage certificate or change of first or last name),

  • if secondary education was obtained in a foreign country educational institution– notarized translation of the certificate into Russian.

There is no need to make copies of documents: after the registration office employees enter all your data into the automated system, the originals will be returned to you.

What you need to know when applying for the Unified State Exam

By the time of your visit to the registration point for graduates of previous years, you must finally decide on a list of items that you plan to take - changing the “set” will be very difficult. While Russian language and mathematics are compulsory for school graduates, this rule does not apply to people who have already completed secondary education: you can only take those subjects that are required for admission to a university.

Decide will you write an essay. For eleventh-graders, obtaining a “credit” in an essay is an indispensable condition for admission to the exams, but graduates of previous years who take the Unified State Exam “of their own free will” are not required to do this - they receive “admission” automatically, upon having a certificate. Therefore, it is better to clarify the question about the essay in admissions committee the university you have chosen: is its presence mandatory, can it bring you additional points upon admission. If the answer to both questions is “no,” you can safely not include the essay in the list.

If you are planning to take the Unified State Exam in a foreign language– decide whether you will limit yourself to only the written part (which can bring up to 80 points), or whether you will also take the “speaking” part (an additional 20 points). The oral part of the exam is held on a different day, and if you are not faced with the task of gaining maximum points, you do not have to participate in it.

Select deadlines in which you want to take exams. Graduates of previous years have the opportunity to take exams either on the main dates (in May-June, simultaneously with schoolchildren) or in an early “wave” (March). Choose what is most convenient for you.

How to register for the Unified State Exam for graduates of previous years

The application process is quite simple, but you should not arrive at the registration point 10 minutes before the deadline, especially if you are applying in the last weeks before the deadline: you may have to wait in line for a while.

Documents are submitted in person. To register for exams:

  • you will have to fill out a consent to process personal data and enter it into the AIS (automatic identification system);

  • registration point employees will check your documents and enter your personal and passport data, as well as passport data into the system;

  • you will inform which subjects you plan to take and when, after which an application for taking the exam will be automatically generated indicating the subjects you have chosen and the dates of the exams;

  • you will check the printed application and, making sure that all the data is correct, sign;

  • employees at the registration point will give you a copy of the application with a note about acceptance of documents, a memo for the Unified State Exam participant and will instruct you how and when you will need to appear to receive a pass for the exam.

How much does it cost to take the Unified State Exam for past graduates?

Single State exam held for all categories of participants, including graduates of previous years, regardless of how many subjects you decide to take. Therefore, the procedure for accepting documents does not imply the presentation of receipts or payment for registration services.

At the same time, in most regions, graduates of previous years can take part in “trial”, training exams, which take place in conditions as close as possible to reality, are assessed according to Unified State Exam standards and allow participants to gain additional preparation experience. This is a paid additional service offered by educational authorities - and you can use it if you wish. However, participation in such “rehearsals” is completely voluntary.

There are time limits. Since the early period begins in a week, you need to seek advice from the education department as soon as possible.

Hello, I am a graduate of previous years, I did not have enough points for the Unified State Exam in social studies, this year I want to retake society and + pass history, will I be allowed to do this?

Victoria, good afternoon! It will be possible to retake it in 2020, since registration for this year has already been completed. Documents will need to be submitted by February 1, 2020

Good afternoon) Please tell me, I am a graduate of previous years who signed up to take the Unified State Examination in Chemistry early, but due to health reasons I will not be able to appear on this deadline and on the reserve days of the early period as well. Can I write an application to take the exam on the reserve days of the main period or during the main period itself (with the provision of a document)?

"Unified State Examination Migration" - a new direction in the methods of passing the Unified State Exam.

This year there has been a record number of people wishing to change their place of residence and leave the city as far away as possible, “into the outback,” where they can take the Unified State Exam. The vast majority of such students are in our southern republics. In some schools, entire classrooms are emptying. What causes this local demographic phenomenon? How legal is this Unified State Examination - tourism?

Rosobrnadzor plans to create a federal list of schoolchildren who moved in the 11th grade to study in another region to take the Unified State Exam.

The initiative is aimed at suppressing “USE tourism,” which became popular last year in the republics of the North Caucasus, and especially in Dagestan. In 2013, almost a thousand schoolchildren from all over Russia, for some reason, came to take the unified state exam in this republic. Everyone received good and excellent marks.

The work of graduates who moved to study in the 11th grade in other regions will be checked with special care, and lists of such students will be transferred to the regional ministries of education.

“Each such eleventh grader will be checked to see if he moved to the region by chance or if it was a “vital necessity.” We want to overcome the phenomenon of Unified State Exam tourism this year,” said Deputy Head of Rosobrnadzor Anzor Muzaev

History of the phenomenon

Last year, the phenomenon of Unified State Exam tourism began to actively develop.

So, in Dagestan, one and a half thousand school graduates, before the Unified State Exam, urgently left Makhachkala and registered in rural areas.

The phenomenon of “Dagestan Unified State Exam tourism” unexpectedly became popular not only among the local population, but also among residents of other regions of Russia.

It is worth noting that during the Unified State Examination in biology alone, 600 papers were declared invalid. In total, 2,200 graduates took the biology exam in the republic. Thus, almost a third of all Unified State Examination works. Please note that the biology exam is taken upon admission to medical universities.

Before the unified state exam, high school students hastily began moving to villages. They believed that in mountainous areas control over the course of the Unified State Exam would not be as strong as in the city, but they were mistaken, said the Minister of Education and Science of Dagestan Arthur Dalgatov.

In total, about 30 thousand people took the Unified State Exam in Dagestan. Of these, one and a half thousand, by a strange coincidence, decided to change their place of residence before the state exam. Specialists from the Republic's Ministry of Education recorded areas with the most active "migration" and, during the first Russian language exam, sent mobile teams of inspectors there.

In just one day, 61 acts were drawn up various violations during the Unified State Examination. As a result, 20 works of students from schools in the Kulinsky district were canceled. They will have to retake the test on reserve days.

More severe sanctions followed against two students in the Babayurt district who managed to post their work on the Internet. Their exam results have been cancelled. In addition, both teenagers will not receive certificates by decision of the state examination commission.

Much of the blame for the fact that violations were committed at some Unified State Examination points, according to the Minister of Education, lies with local organizers. Among the most common violations during the first Unified State Examination were the presence of strangers in the places where state exams were held, students’ conversations on mobile phone, the presence in classrooms of open propaganda posters with accessible information on the subject being taken.

CCTV cameras could be a great help for monitoring violators. But there is no money in the budget for this technology, and all hopes have to be placed on the human factor - the honesty and impartiality of the heads of the exam points.

At the same time, Artur Dalgatov noted that rumors that Moscow had received instructions to underestimate the results of the Unified State Exam in Dagestan are not true. But there will not be such “leadership” as in 2011 in the republic. Then in Dagestan, 104 graduates received the highest score - a hundred points.
