3. RIGHTS

4. RESPONSIBILITY

4.1. The neurologist is responsible for:

– conscientious and thorough treatment of patients;

– rational use of property owned by the State Clinical Hospital;

– compliance with the requirements for the preparation and maintenance of established documentation;

– intended use and safety of medical equipment and equipment;

– performance of other duties provided for in this job description;

– exact and strict adherence to the orders, requirements and other instructions of the head of the neurological department of the City Clinical Hospital and the chief physician of the City Clinical Hospital;

4.2. The neurologist, in accordance with the procedure established by law, is responsible for improper performance or failure to fulfill his official duties provided for by local regulations, including this job description.
