3. RIGHTS

3.5.Seek assistance from other employees of the City Clinical Hospital, as well as the head of the neurological department.

3.6. Demand compliance with his rights established by this job description.

3.7. Receive for review documents establishing, amending or canceling his official rights and duties.

3.8. Demand the provision of working conditions that meet established standards.

3.9. Submit proposals to improve the efficiency of the City Clinical Hospital for consideration by the chief physician of the City Clinical Hospital.

3.12. 4. RESPONSIBILITY

4.1. The neurologist is responsible for:

– conscientious and thorough treatment of patients;

– rational use of property owned by the State Clinical Hospital;

– compliance with the requirements for the preparation and maintenance of established documentation;

– intended use and safety of medical equipment and equipment;

– performance of other duties provided for in this job description;

– exact and strict adherence to the orders, requirements and other instructions of the head of the neurological department of the City Clinical Hospital and the chief physician of the City Clinical Hospital;

– fulfillment of the requirements imposed by the labor discipline regime.

4.2. The neurologist, in accordance with the procedure established by law, is responsible for improper performance or failure to fulfill his official duties provided for by local regulations, including this job description.

4.3. The liability of a neurologist for causing material damage to the employer occurs in the manner and under the conditions determined labor legislation Russian Federation.
