1. Sort out the strawberries. Cut the berries in half, add sugar and dry jelly, stir. If the berries are sweet, then you don’t need to add sugar, since the jelly also contains it.

Instant strawberry pie “Homemade” made from kefir dough

A very light and tasty pie option. For the dough you need regular kefir of any fat content. The pie can also be made with sour cream, but only liquid. A little strawberries are added.

Ingredients

Flour 200 grams;

One egg;

Sugar 200 grams;

Ripper 5 grams;

150 grams of strawberries;

5 spoons of cream. oils;

120 ml kefir.

If the strawberries are very soft and flowing, then it is better to immediately add a little starch or dry jelly to them.

Baking powder makes the dough soft, loose, and saves the cake from falling off in the oven. If you don't have baking powder, you can use baking soda instead.
