Real production instructions for the loader driver was developed on the basis of the Interindustry rules on labor protection during the operation of industrial transport (floor-mounted trackless wheeled vehicles) POT RM-008-99.

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1.1. The forklift driver is a worker and reports directly to the storekeeper (senior storekeeper).

1.2. The forklift driver must perform his duties in accordance with the requirements of these Instructions.

1.3. A person with secondary education and a certificate for the right to drive a forklift of the appropriate category is appointed to the position of a forklift driver.

1.4. Before being allowed to work, forklift drivers must pass medical examination, introductory briefing on labor safety, initial briefing at the workplace, master practical skills for safe performance of work when operating forklifts when lifting, transporting and stacking cargo.

1.5. The forklift driver must know:

purpose, structure, principle of operation and operation of units, mechanisms and devices of the serviced loader;

methods of loading and unloading cargo;

rules for lifting, moving and stowing cargo;

causes, methods of detecting and eliminating malfunctions that arose during the operation of the loader;

orders, instructions, instructions;

1.6. The forklift driver is appointed and dismissed by order of the head of the institution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The forklift driver additionally undergoes a knowledge test in Group II on electrical safety.

1.7. Persons at least 18 years of age who have passed a medical examination, theoretical and practical training, tested knowledge of labor safety requirements in the prescribed manner and have received permission to work independently are allowed to work as a forklift driver.

1.8. The loader driver is provided with special clothing and safety footwear in accordance with current standards.

1.9 The forklift driver must know and strictly comply with the requirements for labor protection, fire safety, and industrial sanitation.

1.10. The forklift driver must:

comply with internal labor regulations and the established work and rest schedule;

perform work that is part of his duties or assigned by the administration, provided that he is trained in the rules for the safe performance of this work;

apply safe work practices;

be able to provide first aid to victims.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

The forklift driver must:

2.1. Operate forklifts and all special lifting mechanisms and devices, ensure their uninterrupted operation and the safety of raw materials and products during loading and unloading operations.

2.2. Perform timely maintenance and repairs of the loader and all its mechanisms.

2.3. Determine malfunctions in the operation of the loader and its mechanisms and eliminate them.

2.4. Install and replace removable lifting devices and mechanisms.

2.5. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance of the loader and load-handling mechanisms and devices.

2.6. Monitor the frequency of maintenance of the forklift and, if necessary, inform the person responsible for maintaining lifting machines in good condition.

2.8. Carry out loading and unloading operations in compliance with safety regulations, labor protection and fire protection.

2.9. Before starting work, the forklift driver must:

inspect roads, passages;

check the serviceability of the forklift; make sure that there is no damage to the chains and that they are properly attached to the frame and carriage of the forklift, check by external inspection the welds of the upper brackets, the chains, the reliability of the fastening of the pins, the hinges of the levers, as well as the operation of all mechanisms of the forklift;

Check the condition of the tires and their pressure.

2.10. During the working day:

2.12. At the end of the working day:

3. RESPONSIBILITY

The forklift driver is responsible for:

3.3. Compliance with internal regulations, fire safety and safety regulations.

4. RIGHTS

4.3. Use information materials and regulatory documents necessary to perform your duties.

4.4. Pass certification in the prescribed manner with the right to receive the appropriate qualification category.

4.5. Improve your skills.

4.6. Participate in checking the technical condition and acceptance before starting work and after performing maintenance on the forklift.

4.7. The forklift driver has the right to exercise labor rights in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

5.1. An employee is familiarized with this instruction upon acceptance (transfer) to work in the profession for which the instruction has been developed.

II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Loader Driver produces:

Control of tractor loaders, car loaders, car unloaders and all special load-handling mechanisms and devices during loading, unloading, moving and placing cargo in stacks and dumps.

Loader maintenance and current repairs of all its mechanisms.

Determination of malfunctions in the operation of the loader.

Installation and replacement of removable lifting devices and mechanisms.

Participation in scheduled preventive maintenance of the loader, load-handling mechanisms and accessories.

The Forklift Driver has the right to:

IV. RESPONSIBILITY

The Forklift Driver is responsible for:

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Instruction defines the functional duties, rights and responsibilities of the forklift driver.

1.2. The forklift driver is a full-time warehouse employee.

1.3. The forklift driver is hired and dismissed from work in accordance with the procedure established by current labor legislation, by order of the director of the enterprise upon the recommendation of the warehouse manager

1.4. The forklift driver reports directly to the warehouse shift supervisor.

1.5 Persons who have the appropriate vocational training and documents giving the right to operate a forklift, work experience in the profession for at least 6 months.

2. The forklift driver is obliged to:
