Step #1. Let's prepare the marinade. Pour oil into a deep cup, add 8 tbsp. spoons of adjika, honey, oregano, cumin.

Step #2. Rub the meat with this marinade and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Step #3. Now let's prepare: Mix the mayonnaise and the remaining adjika.

Step #4. Take the meat out of the refrigerator and fry it in one piece on the grill.

Step #5. Chop cucumbers, tomatoes and onions, tear lettuce leaves with your hands. Transfer the vegetables to a deep container. Cut the meat into thin pieces and add to the cucumbers and tomatoes.

Step #6. Season the salad with mayonnaise and adjika, mix, arrange on plates and serve.
